Meditation is a time proven method to work with the mind in order to attain to higher awareness. Practicing every day not only brings you closer to recognize who you really are, where are you going, where are you coming from, but also will benefit you on physical, mental, and emotional level.

Mudra is a position of the hands in a relation to the body. It connects subtle energy channels and directs energy through them.

Mantra is a vibration of the sound, the rhythm of meditation. It elevates your consciousness to the higher level and cleans your mind to the state of original clarity.

Visualization helps your mind to stay focus and undistracted. The images have the meaning beyond the words and in fact they are the essence of meditation.

The workshop contains:

· Five moving mudras for removing obstacles and energy blockages. This is a simple, easy, and effective method to “tune up” inner organs, restore energy balance, heal yourself from inside.

· Meditation 1 restores your aura – Self-spiritual light around your body, which is a natural protection against disease, pollutions, radiation. You will look younger, live healthier and longer.

· Meditation 2 will purify your inner organs from negative emotions transcending them into light. This will calm your heart and mind, make you more relaxed, peaceful, and centered.

You will receive:

· Step by step meditation instruction and printed material for individual practice,

· Guidance and coaching with heart through the learning process,

· Basic knowledge about Buddhist approach to life, suffering, happiness, and health.

· Opportunity to meditate with experienced teacher.

Practicing only 15-30 minutes a day can truly change your life!

Spiritual investment: $108 for both days, $75 for one day (Saturday or Sunday).
